The Australian Health Promotion Association is seeking to recruit three positions to the national Board to fill casual vacancies until June 2024.
Per the Constitution (section 40), AHPA Directors may at any time appoint a person qualified to be a director, either to fill a casual vacancy or as an addition to the existing Directors. Any director appointed under this rule holds office until the termination of the next annual general meeting and is then eligible for re-election.
We are seeking to fill two General - Director roles and the role of Treasurer.
We are looking for people with a range of skills and experience including but not limited to finance and risk management, government relations, advocacy, event management, registration and accreditation systems and IT.
