Uncertainties and ambiguities have always played a role in our lives. Clearly over the last year or so we have in varying individual degrees experienced an acute dose of it. Becoming emotional fit means we learn how to become even more emotionally flexible and adaptable. Becoming emotional fit means we gain a deeper sense of clarity of who we are, what matters,what doesn’t matter and what shouldn’t matter.

A number of national AHPA awards will be presented at this event including the inagural National Health Promotion Learning and Teaching Award, the Ray James Memorial Award and the Chris Rissel Reviewer Award.

The Australian Health Promotion Association SA Branch and the Public Health Association of Australia SA Branch are holding the South Australian Population Health Conference 2024 in person in October 2024 for the first time since 2019. This is the premier developmental opportunity in South Australia for emerging public health researchers and practitioners to present their work to a local audience.
