Evaluation of health promotion strategies can provide the much needed practice-based evidence that is required to tackle population health priorities and reduce health inequities. This workshop is an opportunity to bring together researchers and health promotion practitioners and managers to discuss evaluation practices, determinants and priorities.
Evidence from a recent study examining the individual, organisational and system-level factors that affect evaluation practice and quality in health promotion. Audience interaction will encourage participants to reflect on their experiences of evaluation capacity building. Participants will be invited to consider opportunities and strategies to build capacity to conduct and use evaluation for improved population health.
Attendance via Zoom is also possible. Please click here to register to attend via Zoom.
