Improve Health Communication with enliven Victoria’s Introduction to Plain Language Workshop.

Brief overview: Hosted by enliven Victoria, this online workshop will introduce participants to the four key principles of plain language, and how to apply these principles when communicating health information. 

Target audience: Health care professionals who create written patient information, health researchers, health promotion practitioners. 

Workshop Highlights: 

• Understanding the four principles of plain language: relevance, findability, understandability, and usability. 
• Exploring real-life examples to illustrate the importance of plain language in diverse contexts. 
• Engaging in interactive activities to practice applying plain language principles. 
• Walking away with actionable key points to enhance communication effectiveness. 

After the workshop you will receive a resource booklet and a certificate of participation, which you can add to your continuing professional development (CPD) record.
