Event description: Come and join us for a two day Nationally Accredited Mental Health First Aid course with Primary Master Trainer, Trys Reddick. You will come away from the course with an increased awareness of the signs and symptoms of someone falling into depression or other mental health issues and increased confidence in knowing what to say to help them until help arrives.
