Tess Dalton
Co-Secretary

Tess is a dedicated health promotion professional with extensive experience delivering evidence-based projects to create meaningful change. She recently joined Circle Green Community Legal as a Project Officer in the Workplace Respect Team. In this role, Tess supports specialised projects addressing workplace sexual harassment, discrimination, and employment law issues, with a strong focus on promoting gender equality.

Previously, Tess worked as a Research Assistant and Project Officer at The Behaviour Change Collaborative. During this time, she gained experience across a diverse range of health promotion and social research areas, including alcohol and other drugs, mental health and wellbeing, family and domestic violence, and disability and digital accessibility. This project was known as the Migrant Participation in Education, Evaluation and Research (M-PEER) project and aimed to develop best practice principles for peer-led mental health promotion models for migrants from CaLD backgrounds in Perth, WA.
