Crystal is the Social Wellbeing Program Manager at Northern Sydney Local Health District's Population Health Promotion Service. Her current focus areas include young people, domestic and family abuse, gambling-related harm, and mental health. With over a decade of experience in health promotion, spanning various roles and portfolios across Northern Sydney and Western Sydney Local Health Districts, she brings a wealth of expertise in healthy eating, active living, youth empowerment, and equity.

Passionate about addressing the social determinants of health, Crystal is committed to a population health approach to improving the health and well-being of local communities. Having witnessed firsthand the effects of inequality and stigma in her upbringing, Crystal is committed to giving back, previously volunteering her time and expertise in community youth programs such as Midnight Basketball and Pathways to Dreaming.
