Freya MacMillan

Dr Freya MacMillan is a Lecturer in Interprofessional Health Sciences at Western Sydney University where she coordinates and teaches Health Promotion units. Her research focuses on the development, evaluation and translation of lifestyle interventions for health promotion and diabetes prevention in those most at risk. She uses a mix of qualitative and quantitative techniques to do this and follows community engaged processes to ensure the interventions she develops are appropriate and more likely adopted.
